Missing screen protector?

Thank you for sending my iSmart Leather Folio case and the bonus screen protector. They arrived today and look good.
Unfortunately, the additional screen protector I ordered for my wife’s ipad was not in the package. As it was part of the initial order and was listed in the invoice and paid for.
I wanted to ask when we will receive it? Has it been sent as a separate delivery and we will get it soon or has it been inadvertently left out of our initial delivery?
